Every one of these items is factory-fresh.  I.e., we’re not recycling merchandise that customers have returned to us.  (We’ve already thrown away that stuff.) Each of these items rattled, thunked, clunked, or tinkled when we pulled it out of the case, so we set it aside and didn’t ship it.  Now, the imperfect merchandise is occupying precious warehouse space that we’ll need to reclaim to make room for the new merchandise coming this summer.  Consequently, all these special items are for sale only until April 30, 2013.  Starting May 1, we’ll toss them all out.

If you’re handy with a tube of glue and possibly a paintbrush, you’ll have a chance to buy Lemax merchandise at 50 percent (or less) of suggested retail price.  This is a great opportunity to save an enormous amount of money.  You arts-and-crafts enthusiasts will make out like bandits!  It’s also a great way to occupy the kiddos on a cold winter day.

I’ve personally inspected every single item that we’re offering.  Over 90 percent of the items have glued-on doodads that have broken off cleanly at the glue point.  They should be very easy to repair, and the repairs should not be noticeable (unless you’re all thumbs, like me).  Ten or 12 houses are missing their color boxes.  (They’re still strapped into their Styrofoam holders, but they’re missing their boxes.)  A handful of the items have other assorted defects.  For example, one item has a decal on backwards and another has defective animation.  I’ve tried to represent everything accurately, but I make no claim that I have uncovered every problem.

Okay, here comes the fine print.  Basically, you pays your money and you takes your chances.  There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no exceptions.  These items are offered as-is.  Do not order this merchandise if you’re risk-averse.  Do not call and complain if you’re dissatisfied.  Do not seek to reverse a credit card charge.  We reserve the right to cancel any and all of your future transactions if you fail to comply.
