Privacy Statement
We at Lemax Village Collectibles are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party, period! We may use the information we collect once or twice a year to notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. For instance, when the new merchandise arrives and is available on the web site, we'll let you know so you can order some goodies before they're all gone. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to lemaxvillages@att.net with "unsubscribe" as the subject line. Lemax Village Collectibles does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
While we're on the subject of privacy, let's talk about safeguarding your credit card information. We use the industry-standard technology, called secure sockets layer (SSL), to encrypt your credit card information during the transaction. (Note the "https" in the address at the top of the page.) When data is encrypted, it's scrambled so that hackers can't see your information. We can't even see your information. It looks like gibberish. That way, if Jack Bauer, were to kidnap us and stick bamboo shoots under our fingernails, we wouldn't be able to divulge your information.
We don't store your credit card information either unless you permit it. Even then, it's encrypted, so that no one can decode the information. Your credit card information is safe and secure. Just like the Department of Defense (or good ole Jack's Counter-Terrorism Unit) would safeguard it.
